Sales kickoffs. Leadership retreats. President’s Club trips. The gatherings were built around the people who earned them.
Elite on the Fly designs meetings, retreats, and business travel experiences for companies who want more than a conference room down the hall — under 100 attendees at a time, so every detail feels considered, not mass-produced.
Not a directory — lived experience
Personally vetted, not researched
Shaping every agenda we design
Anyone can book a conference room. What sets Elite on the Fly apart is the strategy behind the gathering — understanding why your team is coming together, choosing a place that supports your goals, and designing every detail so the business, not the logistics, gets the room’s full attention.
Every engagement is capped under 100 attendees, by design.
Energize and align the team — not just review last year’s numbers.
Built around your actual team
dynamics, not a generic template.
Considered, well-run sessions for your highest-stakes rooms.
Goals, timeline, and budget — no pressure, just conversation.
A clear plan and tailored proposal.
Agenda, venue, vendors, and logistics designed around your priorities.
On-site or virtual support so the day runs the way it was designed to.
A short recap of what worked and what's next.
Planning fees are based on your gathering—driven primarily by group size and length of stay. Travel bookings, sourcing, and vendor coordination are handled separately where appropriate.
Marketplaces are built to move volume across hundreds of attendees. We intentionally stay smaller—every engagement is scoped for under 100 people, with one dedicated planner shaping the strategy behind the experience.
For President's Club trips, executive retreats, or multi-day offsites, 4–12 months is ideal. Simple celebrations and smaller gatherings can often be arranged in less time.
Our practice is intentionally built for gatherings under 100. For larger events, we may recommend trusted partners if the project falls outside our specialty.
